• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery services across Lebanon. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location (city/district) and are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

• Delivery times: 2-5 business days within Lebanon.

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur additional fees.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery completion.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after return approval.
• Perishable items, intimate goods, and customized products cannot be returned.
